Even though the mall is empty and today was the last day I cannot give 1 or 0 stars. Monmouth Mall was my childhood mall growing up. I’m always going to miss all of the memories I have at this mall, birthday parties in the food court, shopping at my favorite stores, going to suncoast, going to the movies (glad they are staying open and the barnes and noble). It’s sad to think the mall itself won’t be here anymore once it will be demolished but I’m thankful for all of the memories I had there when the mall was great. I’m trying to be positive and hope that the redevelopment can help the complex, but it’s just sad that it will not be the same.

Great play place for children, movies, food court, the best stores where you can actually try clothes on before you buy & great intimate restaurants as well around the mall. Love Monmouth Mall. Too bad it’s being torn down.

The mall has a lot of good stores and a great atmosphere, but it's disappointing that they are in the process of demolishing a section of it. As a result, several stores have already closed their doors, and the food court is no longer operational. Despite this, there are still a few shops open for business, offering a range of products and services to customers. It's a mixed experience, as the ongoing construction affects the overall vibe of the mall.

Grew up in Monmouth County- Monmouth mall was the shit in its heyday! Still loving going to the AMC theater there!!

A great place to hang out and be entertained. It has a friendly vibe to it which makes being there very enjoyable. There are endless types of stores and you'll never be bored. I personally love the Barnes and Nobles and the food court in general.

This mall has an amazing variety of stores and restaurants. Parking is free, easy, and spacious. The mall itself is very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this place!

Update: 3/30 JC Penny is fully demolished. Limited Parking. Boscov's and Macy's still there. It was just a great mall but to see this era almost ending is pure sadness.

I remember being shocked to hear that the Mall had closed. It was on Google. I wanted to visit the mall for some frivolous reason. And the note said, "the mall is closed." No explanation. No explanation! There didn't seem to be any point in driving there, finding some Worker, and saying why why why? But then, my son and I were driving around looking for a movie theatre, and up pops the Monmouth mall. Even though the mall was closed, many stores were still open. I assume. I am happy to report that we had a wonderful experience watching Snow White at the AMC. I have no information about whether any other stores are open, or not, but I would advise the mall management to get the word out. It looks like they're just doing renovations. But either way, in the name of good public relations and sound business practices, they should inform the market! Yes? Am I wrong?
